Admire, Sanford and Lauderdale began as Admire, Sanford & Associates, PLLC, originally founded by Patrick Admire and Doug Sanford. After retirement from Ernst and Young and Sanford Baumeister, respectively, the two joined forces in 2013. In 2016, Justin Lauderdale joined the firm as a tax manager, later becoming the managing partner in 2019. Doug retired from the firm in 2020. Justin M. Lauderdale, CPA

Justin Lauderdale is the managing partner at ASL Accounting. He obtained both his bachelors and masters degrees in accounting at Texas A&M University in 2004. Justin is involved in high school youth ministry at his church, loves traveling with his family and makes an excellent Old Fashioned.

Partner

Patrick H. Admire, CPA

Patrick Admire has a substantial background in tax and accounting along with extensive community involvement. Pat has worked in tax and accounting for more than 55 years all over the United States. After settling down in Fort Worth and opening his own firm, Pat has been a very active community member in the DFW area. He loves spending time at his ranch in East Texas and watching his grandson’s baseball games.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

David Walch, CPA

David Walch is an accountant at ASL with nearly 40 years of tax experience. Prior to working with ASL Accounting, he worked as an accountant at Freemon Shapard & Story CPAs, J E Simmons & Company, and Bank of America (tax department). He has been working with ASL Accounting as a senior accountant since 2012 with a focus on personal and business tax as well as consulting. David loves Ranger’s baseball and traveling to Georgia in his RV with his wife.

Linda Luke McElroy

Linda Luke McElroy has been with the firm since 2016. She assists many of our clients with their accounting needs along with the firm’s billing. Linda spent many years in the small business environment where she wore many hats in the accounting management arena. Linda is also the proud mother to the firm’s furry greeter, Remington.

Staff Accountant

Autry Johnson

Autry Johnson joined ASL as an intern in January of 2023. He has grown up in the local Fort Worth area his whole life and is from Aledo, Texas. He graduated from Tarleton State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Autry assists with tax preparation for individuals and businesses and does some financial accounting as well. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to church, playing softball, and anything outdoors.

Hayley Vantine

Hayley Vantine is one of the firm’s staff accountants and office administrators. She is a proud graduate of Tarleton State University as she recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. In her free time, she enjoys working onstage and behind the scenes at local community theaters.
